most people don't get it that this is not our planet we just live here we are a part a very small and insignificant part of it not the other way around,mankind will and should go the way of the dinosaurs who's fossilized remains we use to grow our population far beyond the natural carrying capacity of this planet.

Hey Dave, this is great. I am trying to stay positive. I think we are getting it. I will say that this election is a turning point. One candidate has a much more sophisticated and aggressive approach to climate change and holds it as a much higher priority than the other. I say vote wisely not only with your pocket book but at the vote center on Nov. 4.

Got it! Well-structured and provocative piece. I liked the combination of pictures and website addresses to give viewers reasons and suggestions for action.

Could be "preaching to the choir" though. Folks who DO get it will agree and hopefully do more. Those who don't might feel chastised (who likes to be told that they don't "get it"?)  You might avoid defensiveness by using a question (e.g.what are we doing about....?" or "does it matter that?")

I agree that your video is well structured, and I appreciated the array of website attributions along the bottom. I think it would be more powerful to say 'many' rather than 'most' and insert more specifics about what people who 'do get it' can do to make a difference.

One criticism, however: I think this video is less likely to change someone's mind about climate change if you repeat over and over that they "don't get it". Imagine if you were a teacher and used language like that in a classroom environment - how likely would your students be to learn?

Very nice video! The difficulty I struggle with is that, many of the people I come into contact with do not necessarily believe we are contributing to climate change. Therefore, they feel the same way I feel about religion. That it is not really real, even though I'm so passionate about it. I know that I have science and facts on my side, but I hate it when someone tries to "save" me.

Unfortunately I think it will take something seriously conclusive to sway these people, and that sucks.
