The possible septal aneurysm may be a tear in the endocardial surface of the interatrial septum. At least this is the most common abnormality that could cause thinning in this region.

I think so as well, too bad there weren't more frames, I wanted to see the mitral regurgitation.

THe patient als has interatriyal septal aneurysm, I think.
