Do You Prefer Fiction or Non-Fiction?

Newly adopted national guidelines that place heavier emphasis on teaching "informational texts" than on literary fiction in high schools have some English teachers fretting that yesterday's classics could get short shrift in tomorrow's classrooms. Rutgers students shared their favorite fiction and nonfiction books, and weighed in on what works best for high schoolers.
