Titans Berlin Cheerleader "Training Day"

Just an usual day with the Titans Berlin Cheerleader. Experience the juniors and seniors training! The boys and girls train cheerleading basics such as Elevator, Liberty, Stretch, Craddle, Full-down, Baskets, Dance, Tumbling. The training sessions include a warm-up, stretching and at the end of a training day, ther's a huddle.
The goal for the juniors and seniors is to perform in the games of the Füchse and Spreefüxxe handballteams. They perform during the Time-outs and sometimes in half-times. They also train for cheerleading championships.
