@rageagainstthedying the steel is probably heat treated from the factory. those saws are fairly soft

@TheSuperFungus so we have an expert here huh? have you ever heard that metal gets hot while drilling? it doesn't matter if the drill was blunt or sharp. metal gets hot with a new drill too, if you don't cool it. and what happens when a hot surface meets wood? .... smooooke (tadaaa)
