Felder introduces new model sliding table saw

Felder debuted its new top-of-the-line sliding table saw, the Kappa 550, at the AWFS Vegas Fair. It features digital, 3-axis control and is designed for high-volume production. A unique feature of the new saw is the ability to park the scoring blade to the side, so it doesnt have to be removed if the operator just wants to make a simple cut with the main sawblade. Another nice feature is a pull-out drawer that provides storage space for about 5 sawblades. It accepts a maximum 550mm sawblade diameter. An optional swing-away table is available.
