Paper Cut-out Stop Motion

This is my first stop motion film. It was a school project and took around two weeks to complete. Let me know what you think. It is supposed to be 3 frames a sec. Can anyone help with why it is slow? Thank you.

Hey...it's kinda cute. I really like the expressions, and the flow of idea. But yea you do need to work on the frame rate. Keep it up though. I am sure you'll get there soon

This was pretty good. But try and speed up the frame rate for better results.

well, if ur using windows movie maker, on the left side of the time line, theres 2 little magnifying glasses, 1 zooms in on the timeline and the other zooms out. click the zoom in 1 and then u can shorten the pics even further.
