Who IS this young woman?

Please, if you can, help us to identify this young woman. This is a cold case...an open case....an unsolved crime. This girl was tortured for approx 3 weeks and tossed in a ditch like refuse.
She was someone's daughter. Someone's grandchild. Someone's sister, perhaps.
Somebody, somewhere may have seen her while she was still alive. At a truck stop, perhaps?

You may have to rack your brains a bit to remember what you can if you were in the Racine, WI area
in June/July of 1999. Our neighbors to the North in Canada can also be beneficial in solving this
crime. Her soul may never rest in peace until the perpertrator of this horrendous crime is caught,
and sentenced. Good people are not safe when there are murderous animals still at large.

I know how you feel, MrKatDrivr. But when people band together to help others, like in the recent case of the stranded Arrow drivers, it restores my faith in humanity. there is some very sick people in this world. i just cant see how one could take a human life away. we all deserve to live in peace. this animal needs to be caught and rot the rest of his life. until then, i pray for her family.

I totally agree with you, calitrucker! I apologize for the maudlin subject content, but perhaps by giving this case more exposure, it might help...if not for this girl, for the next victim. We are our brothers keepers. God Bless!

There's a serial killer w/ a concrete floored barn/garage on Fishman Rd. in Burlington, WI ...He almost got me- a bearded older wanna be hippi. He bragged to me about that floor, and also he's got a bunk bed w/ a trap door/ storage- he called the dungeon- wanted me to go up there...before he made a grab for me as I was leaving...He's your guy- I've also told police there.

Her adopted name was Aundria M Bowman, Alexis Miranda her name at birth..

Yes my DNA has been collected and there is no match. My daughter remains missing

and the JD Crystral Rae has not been identified. My daughter was adopted and I found out 20 years later.  I have been in touch with the police and they believe the adopted father raped and killed, but have no proof.

@MrBullett01 Have you reported her missing to the police and had her DNA uploaded into NAMUS? I havent seen a profile from the state where this Jane Doe was found that matches her on the Charley Project.
