We have these clowns all over England, kind of like Buddhists countries have monks just "hangin around" giving out positive peaceful vibes, we have these laughing clowns exhuding a comical atmosphere. This is why us English have some of the finest comedy on Earth, its all down to these laughing clowns getting into the heads of every small girl and boy.
