Spot Gives Info for 2011 WMFR Family Fire Muster

West Metro Fire Rescue's mascot Spot gives some helpful advice to families attending the 2011 Family Fire Muster on June 11, 2011.




West Metro Fire Rescue's 17th Annual Family Fire Muster will take place on June 11, 2011 from 9:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Red Rocks Community College (13300 West 6th Avenue, Lakewood, CO).

The Fire Muster teaches kids and parents fire safety and injury prevention through a variety of fun, interactive activities like the Trike Trail, the Big Rig Tour, Crawl Low Under Smoke, Safe Escape, the Teddy Bear Clinic, and brand new this year -- the Junior Fire Fighter Challenge.

Many other health and safety organizations will also be present at the event to provide information for parents and free giveaways for the kids.

This event is sponsored by St. Anthony Hospitals with help from Firehouse Subs, Foothills Credit Union, Professional Restoration, Radio Disney and Yourhub.com.

This event is FREE for all, but please leave your pets at home.
