Another Day is a multi award winning music video extravaganza.
Nominated for the experimental section of the prestigious 2011 Scottish BAFTA awards.
FLIP animation awards winner, experimental section, same year.

Its an amalgamation of minds and creativity.
Drawing from the inspiration of the music, the song was born.
Drawing from the inspiration of the song, the animation manifested.

Its about the drudgery and futility of day after day life and the unshifting
overwhelming feeling that there is no other way out, except for the 'easy' way
out, except that when you are in that moment of choosing a way out (i.e. jumping from
a tall building) you find its not so easy.

There is no other more fundamental basic human right than self-determination.
One's own choice to live or die. Why must one suffer? Why prolong a person's suffering
for the sake of another, or the state, or the fear of divine judgement.
Another Day is about being hyper aware of this choice.

Its about the struggle and sickness that has become the world's leading pandemic, depression.
The all consuming weight on one's shoulders and the devestaing realisation that
change is an empty hope that will not come in one's lifetime.
Its about the awareness of what is wrong individually and globally, and the desperation
and powerlessness of not being able to change the conditions and environment which cause it
(i.e. 'the system'), and ultimately taking it all too personally.

The music is a grinding, industrial, electronic epic monster, set against a more conventional human
touch with multi tracked vocals (with elements of Scottish rap) and a composed orchestral score.
The song reaches a crescendo and is met with a sample from the 1976 satirical film, Network.
You have probably never heard anything like it in any imagined genre.
