72GP and 60HA Edgebanders: Safety Speed Manufacturing

The Safety Speed Edgebanders are the newest member of the Safety Speed Cut family. These machines boasts features available in larger machines costing thousands more; like digital electronic temperature control with standby temperature reduction mode, adjustable glue extrusion, a micro adjust tape guide for quick tape changes, electomagnetic end cutters that eliminate the need for a compressed air supply, a pressure roller and the accutrim edge trim system that eliminates the need to file or sand trim edges. The glue pot performs similar to units costing thousands of dollars more. It can adhere 1 thick polyester, PVC or wood single laminate strips in widths from ½ to 1 3/4.
