  • buy a new pipe,because your pipe temps will be higher then that sooner or later.

  • @werb1961 Why a new pipe? I asked the Home Depot guy a dozen times,and he was sure the sealant would last through any heat my wood stove could dish out. I'll post updates as we go, I think being smaller unit, and smaller area to heat will keep things more sustainable...what kind of pipe, a double wall unit?
