My fire department went down to VT with lights and sirens all the way from NJ just to help. Blacksburg FD is one of our sister departments. I was home sick from school and when I heard that on the pager I grabbed my gear and ran to the firehouse. When we got there, I saw a scene I will never forget.

God bless you Jessie! This year will make my father a Fire Chief for 10 years now, and he has been in the service for about 25 years. Much respect goes to you and your family.

I was best friends with Choe and I tried to stop him but he wouldn't listen to be. He was still human like any of us. I expect everyone to mourne for him just like we do for the ones killed.

I agree...I don't hate him. I hate what he did, and I hate the spirit of deception that was in him which what lead him to his death along with all the others. However, I do believe in justice, and when he faces His Creator...justice will be fulfilled.
