Like many of you, I lived through the assassination of Pres. John Kennedy in 1963. I was stunned to see his son John Jr. die in July 1999 in a plane crash. I ran over 9 hours of tape that day, from various networks. Here is the first 70 minutes of what I recorded. Especially now that Ted Kennedy is gone too, I feel it's very timely to post this footage. This is part 3 of 7.

  • @lostindiancamp i wish i had the time to list my relatives/friends/acquaintances who majored in law, practiced for a year or so, and then moved on to something more lucrative or who followed their passions, or changed to soul-satisfying careers

  • @943kline Oh really Google up all the charities he was involved in. You will be surprized. I met him a few times. He was a Gentlemen, well spoken, humble and funny. I think he would have become "someone" if he had lived.

  • @ymtification

The media has made a big deal out of this guy's death. He never did anything for anyone. He WAS a spoiled person who never finished anything he started. He didn't know how to fly the plane so he killed his wife and her sister. Just one more entitled Kennedys.

  • i wish we can reverse time and prevent all the tragedies

  • JFK Jr. was a spoiled brat who allowed his mother to spend a ton of money sending him to college and law school just to have him quit the profession a year after becoming an assistant DA. How proud she would have been of him.

He was not murdered, he killed himself and his passengers by being ill equipped to fly the plane. He didn't have an instrument rating so he couldn't read the instruments and trust them when the weather turned bad.

No one is to blame but him.

  • was it murder? was he shot down? bomb onboard? was there a flight instructor? why was the coast guard so slow to act, then when they did look they didnt focus the search in the last 1/4th of the trip? instead they looked all the way from new jersey to cape cod
