Thank you for your Tutorial. That little extra effort did help. I did that with artiest chalks and did my weathering that way. I like how you put your own spin to it. Thank you for all your hard work. Keep it Kool and Real Peace!

Very nicely done. I was wondering how long a thing of pigments last you?

Is there a way to leave the pigment looking dry and sooty for something like exhaust ports or if you use the setting solution will it still look sooty and dry depending on how you apply it?

@lionfiretx well mate the pigment fixer leaves a mat finish i know i said it has a slight sheen to it but it depends on how heavy you apply it but you dont need to worry about the final effect mate ;)

question. I've never understood the whole pigments over paint thing. Why would you use pigments instead of just using paint?
PS the base turned out magnifico!

@MoreDakka101 well its maby a personal thing mate to be honest i use paints and pigments but for my 40k chaos army i wont a realistic look to the models and there bases and pigments create more of a realistic finished effect then paints and they can be mixed with other mediums to create all sorts of effects other than paint :) thanks man
