I love all your videos, they're really fun to do and engaging. Never stayed so long with a workout :D I have one quick question: my arms are really weak and start trembling halfway through any given routine. Could I keep them crossed around my nape until they build enough muscle to go though a workout? Or does that spoil the effect?

hiya...love the videos and i feel great afte doing them! i've been doing 2 different once a day, is that enough to see results? at the end of your videos, you suggest repeating them twice or three times more..would that be on the same day? thanks! and thanks for sharing these :) xxx

@thisisadreamx Yes, if you are doing 1 or 2 videos you should repeat 3 time in the same day for best results .

I do about 3 or 4 of your workouts before bed....My family says its not good for my heart to do the exercises then go and lay down right after. That instead I should take a walk and lower my heart rate back to normal. Is that true?
