Why not , buy a drink. get a wifi code on your receipt?

you made the bar/pub/cafe some profit... so you get acces to their internet.

you're not going to be there longer than 15 to 45 minutes downloading movies or anything.

where i'm from (greece) major cafes charge you but medium and smaller one need no fee or registration of any kind!

so what about some pedophiles downloading porn anonymously. there's got to be a way to track it. 19 bucks might be much, but a dollar an hour's i fee i'd surely pay during my short stay at starbucks.
