My XBMC I did when I was bored

This is a softmodded xbox that took me about 6 hours total to do. Its running Xbmc xbox 360 skin. I also upgraded the harddrive to a 80 gig. This softmod lets me copy xbox games to the HD, watch videos, play music, and even play emulators like N64 and SNES.

ok Boze45- i read how to do it from a site i cant remember at this time... but if you have project mayhem 3 as a xbmc skin then i can help ... 1st on the main screen of PJ mayhem look for the "file manager" button>click it.... now you c 2 sides and they both say root .... on the left side your going to want to go into your E folder (or if you have a bigger HD ... any place you want) then to the folder named games. In there you want to push the white button and then make new folder.

Now name that folder what game your trying to copy. Ok now leave that side alone. Next go to the second side and click on the dvd drive(Named: DVD DRIVE). O ya make sure u have the game in the xbox lol. Now once u click that then you see alot of folders.. dont go into any of them...now push the white button and then "select all"... now all the folders are selected..

.. and again push the white button again and click "copy" now you should see a progress bar loading all the stuff from the cd into the new folder you created ... after thats done just go to games and locate the folder u put the game in and make it a source ..... u should b good after that ... if not let me know and i can try to help

Check to ensure that TSR and IGR are turned OFF. They'll still work but if you're having freezing issues, delete the T and UDATA for XBMC to clear its settings, turn off TSR and IGR on your dashboard settings and load that bitch up again, homie.

Right on man!!! I just modded my seccond one this week and upgraded to a WD 80 Gig as well,,,,I also have a clear case on its way with a blue LED light for arround the xbox logo! what kind of HD did you use and what version of DVD2XBOX do u have?? mine seems to be not working for games very well...PM me back please
