the cops failed....i think they could have prevented all that on the highway, when the semi stopped for a short time. at that point they had a huge opportunity for at least one of the police officer to jump onto, and maybe even inside the tractor, and shot the guy in the legs, or smash the fucker in the arms or head with a club, and hit the air brake buttons.

this dude should have gotten like 30 years for assault with a deadly weapon aka the "semi"!!! and assault on an officer and reckless endangerment and use of narcotics and public endangerment and some damage of property of course and a lot of other thing oh and maybe have to pay foir all the gas police used to chase him with lol.
