gonna be funny to put this on our property.. the grass would look so good and green that it would make the other yards look like crap

patch perfect works great! I recommend using a tiller or a good raking before using, but it grows anywhere!

I wanted to make sure the patch perfect grass seeds really worked. We are desperate for grass in our back yard. I mean desperate! Its all just dirt. Literally. And its so hard to keep even the house clean with the kids all the time coming in and out. Thanks a bunch.
