Great video, could you plaese tell me roughly what technique and equipment you are using to gain these effects?

i used a canon rebel xti with a tripod and roughly shot about 200 photos for every 8 seconds of footage. some shots were obviously without a tripod though. with the lighting effects thats just light moving across the screen with a long exposure, so basically the light burns into the image while the people holding the lights or the cars are barely visible if at all. then i took the thousands of photos and put them into after effects as movie sequences and edited them to what you see now
