the law was enacted (i'm not very sure about this word haha) and became operational this year, we are very proud, it is certainly a good thing. however, the ISPs had always finded loopholes to avoid complying with the law and abuse uninformed customers. I'know Netherlands and some new countries are in the boat now, we hope many others do the right thing.

I really hope Net Neutrality laws stay in place in the USA, if the Internet is limited, it will become nothing more than modern day TV where you are raped in the ass to get everything.
