She either needs a proper singing teacher or she needs a new one. She sounds like a 70 year old classical woman who has lost control of her voice. But she has a great voice naturally. Nice tone and vibrato. Just get her a pop/ musical theatre teacher!

you are very cute, but don't use so much vibratto, it doesn't sound good...It sounds forced, which it is because only advanced singers can do it
