No offense to anyone but I started wearing make up at 15 and I always looked cute(and not like a clown or club chick)and I have nice skin(acne free) so as long as you know what you're doing, you can wear makeup but under 13/14 is definately too young. It's all about moderation.

that's a small mirror I use to apply makeup :p There's also my huge bathroom mirror behind the camera, but I can't really get up close to it, so I have a smaller mirror to make sure I"m getting the details right!

Okay how do you get your hair so nice and wavy? Is it a natural curl? You should do some hair tutorials its geourgeous hair!
