This a video of our first tests of the Grayson Hobby 2100kv Monster Jet Prototype Brushless Outrunner Motor. We were impressed with the motors outstanding performance on both 3S and 4S lipo batteries.

  • Maybe A Stupid Question - Why Did You Change The Prop Size?

It Seems Like You Added in One Area, And Took Away in Another Area.

It Was Comparing Apples to Tomatoes.

    Just Wondering. Thanks!

  • @poppopscarvinshop Thanks for your question. The reason we put a smaller prop on when going up in cells is because of Amp Draw and load on the Motor. Every motor has a suggested safe rating. This motor we have been told is rated to 55Amps. We are already pushing above that at 60Amps. if we run the 7x6 with 4S it will most likely be well Above 70Amps and may melt down the motor. In the future we may try a 7x4 prop on 4S and see what it pulls. Thanks, Paul
