Delivering services globally across several locations and understanding the full spectrum of a customer's business needs are the new imperatives in business process outsourcing, according to Sandip Sen, president (Americas) and chief marketing officer of Aegis, a Mumbai-based provider of business process services. Telecommunications, health care and financial services are the top three areas for outsources services, he says in an interview with India Knowledge@Wharton.
