I have a HP laptop with the following configuration:
AMD X2 Dual core (2.00GHz) and ATI Mobility Radeon HD 3200, 150 GB HDD

Yes. Actually better. Don't forget that this is a fraps recorded video which brings a huge performance hit +a frame cap.
