I'm glad I don't really eat this junk, maybe a muffin now and then for taste, but we'd die for blueberry Poptarts as kids, um 45 yrs ago! lol
Throw your fresh blueberries in a smoothie and get ALL the benefits!

Or, just make your own blueberry muffins. It isn't very difficult, they taste much better and contain whatever you want to put in them, including REAL blueberries :)

Help I'm trying to find out if the bagel i'm about to eat has fake or real blueberries! I'm guessing fake but i'm hoping real! they are bought from the grocery store. they're lender's (the refrigerated kind)
-
But it still tastes good right?
-
I will never eat fake blueberry muffins

I seriously doubt, that even with "Artificial Blueberry Bits" plastered in large bold text on these products would change consumers minds. If I see two cereals, one boasting actual blueberries and it's true. Then another saying artificial blueberries on the box. Where the artificial blueberry cereal is cheaper and there is no loss in taste I will go with the cheaper. Most consumers will sacrifice health for cash look at fast food chains they are very popular. A quick, cheap, & unhealthy meal.

I am certain that most people who buy this stuff THINK they are getting fruit in the product - NOT.
Ditto Strawberry products and especially "mixed berry" flavors. Come on manufacturers, how about some "truth in advertising"? And where the hell is the FDA in this scam? Our tax dollars "at work"?

Someone has pushed the right buttons! Videos on this subject can not be found for viewing on the internet now....

Most people don't read the labels carefully enough and have an implicit trust that they would not be lied to in such a big way. Or, put another way, they may have become too brainwashed to pay attention. The Big Lie is alive and well folks. Thanks Health Ranger for bringing more awareness to this important issue.
Ok. Like this is some big revelation? Mike Adams puts out some good info sometimes, but he also has a tendency to sensationalize findings that most any informed consumer can figure out for themselves. Tell me something I don't already know, please, Mike.
