Tried playing it without the capo. I got some requests for the tabs so scroll down to see the chords for the song.

The first shape is different from the others, apart from the first one all the other shapes are the same. Here's the different shapes:

C--------0-----0-----0-----0-----
B------10-----6-----1-----1-----
G------10-----7-----2-----0-----
D------12-----8-----3-----3-----
A------12-----8-----3-----3-----
E-------x------x-----x-----x-----

The above is basically played during the verses. The only other shape found in the song is used at the very end of the chorus where the lyrics are "No one ever said it would be this hard..."

That chord shape is:

C-------0---
B-------8---
G-------9---
D------10---
A------10---
E-------x---

Hope that helps =)

  • @DK2Kingston thanks for that.

  • ur awesome ur not a narcicist bitch like other singers

  • I'm so tardy for the party, but I'm fairly new to learning songs, is it possible to provide a chord diagram, rather than the pattern, already suggested? I apologize if it is a lot to ask, just want to make sure that I am doing this right.

  • ta la raja wn sige asi ;)

  • @new906 I think the cords he uses hear are dead on, but I do think that on the video Chris tunes the low E to and F. Try that, It might sound better. Better yet tune the Hi E the same.

  • @new906 and the chords is an C#m - A - E for the verses and an A - E - A -E - B for the refrain i can send you the positions if you wanted to . =)

  • @new906 no it's just the standard tuning .

  • @new906 it´s actually EADGBC

  • @caiiooLima Yes, for sure!
