  • We need to show Mr. P these comments about our songs. Seriously, thank you guys.

    -Michelle.

  • Thank you for the thought! I have shared some of these comments with Mr. P, however, I think it would be great if you brought them to his attention and had him look at all of them!

The BCHS Chorus is awsome and even impacts folks who cannot come to a concert!

  • It's a beautiful song........however, the performance was at the point that it shouldn't have been done. This is a song that requires more than simple perfection, and this song didn't even have that. To start, intonation was mediocre. At the victime chant, make those rhythms very precise! Now a big thing. With a song this heartfelt, you must sing heartfelt. don't just go and perform a song. tell it to the world, ''we are hurting our children! we must stop this!''

  • My choir sung this for our districts. Our guys were not strong enough in the begining so we Altos had to sing with them, =)

  • Yeah, we're singing this song at our school it's pretty amazing.. It has a sort of dark grace that you don't normally find.

  • Song is Fantastic but the performance was so-so :/ I'll post a response when our choir does it :)

  • blendblendblend. esp. at the beginning. and all the A vowels.."pray" should be more "prey", also, doesn't flow very well, breaths are taken too randomly. overall it was okay. just seems like it needed a bit more work.

  • i thought it was okay, everyone was pretty much on key. the notes were right. Just blending. But my high school chorus has issues with bleding too.

  • what?

we are currently singing this song in my high school choir, and we sound soo much better then this.

the very first part is supposed to be soft and tender, but the tenors were loud and didnt even blend!

and as a side note..where is the viola?

  • You could work on the blend and during the victimae part the rhythms werent quite matching up... it wasnt bad but it could have been better... also i was sad that you didnt have the percussion

  • This choir could have used alot more practice. My choir at Carnegie Hall was much better.
