Age Discrimination, Employers, Jobs

The Wall Street Crash created many problems. Peoples retirement plans destroyed, 401Ks wiped out while the Fat Cats still make their millions. Many of us will have to work years longer (if we can find a job) to make up for the loss. Employers hire the younger crowd because they figure they can pay them less, give them less benefits and miss the logic; seniors are usually more dedicated and comitted to their work. It may be against the black and white law, but age discrimination exists, is used daily! Go figure?

You are so right. I wish younger people would realize that one day they will get older, hopefully. It's horrible and our President can't just ignore us.  If you don't work, its close to impossible to save for retirement. By the way, I am 44-years-old and I go through the same thing.
