Self harm... there is hope

I have an eating disorder, i suffer with self harm. I was abused when I was younger by my father and he tried to crash the car to scare or kill us (he's outtaa my life now), i trusted a paedophile, watched my nan and a boy in my class die from cancer, im a young carer for my sister, my sister is dying and is always in hospital nearly... and I was bullied when I was younger... I now have trust issues, suicidal, depression, eating disorder and suffer with self harm.

So please do not judge someone who self harms and think they are attention seeking, as you may not know the pain they feel or the struggles in their life. Words hurt. Don't be a bully. Be a friend, be someone for them to talk to, let them trust you, help them get better... Find help. It doesn't have to be this way. The scars we make, we are stuck with for life.

Please help or inform someone if you know of someone who is self harming... don't let them be alone with this.

Life gets better. Through the darkest of skies there is always the sun behind the clouds, you just have to look closely!

@ISelfHarm247 erm i think you'll find thats my photo, i didnt get it from google, i got it from my phone, because i took the picture and its my arm. id never use photos of somebody elses cuts. All these photos are from my instagram.

Umm... I've been bullied for half my life, I can't remember when I wasn't bullied. I haven't been eating much lately and just made myself gag today. I self harm, I have attempted suicide and I have really low self esteem and it's getting lower by the second. I need help :(
