@ghosthuntter An opinion shared by many. :P Mass Effect 2 is amazing, but 1 is far superior. Combat is better in ME2, except for cooldowns. 1 has a better story, better atmosphere, better pace. I mean, take away all the side quests from both games, and 1 still would be about 15 hours of gameplay. But you could complete 2 in maybe 5 hours. And Bioware have realised their mistakes from 1 - 2, and Hudson said they're trying to go back to 1's atmosphere and feel, which I'm grateful for

Way better than Mass Effect 2. >< 2 was still good, as I'm sure 3 will be, but Bioware have lost the atmosphere and feel of 1. :(
