all bout ur stance...dont pull away after the throw...follow through....and stay there...watch..for a swerve....tilt ur wrist"and hand" slightly..depending on how much swerve you want...u wont get in the first go,but practise....learn ur posistion of the lane, especially for spares...practise prac prac
