@swampusmaximus dude, was only joking regarding your address in the time of all this looting! Nice setup though, have just got an Arcam AVR300 and very much looking forward to it. Replacing a newer Denon but i want the 2 channel awesomeness back i used to have with an old Nad. Going with B&W 603's and a BK Monlith Sub. The Denon just dont cut it.

@danspare Its fine as its not really my addy, but google it as it might make you laugh, your set up sounds great and ur right about only using 2 channel amp, i would prefer that but i also want the 5.1 for films.... guess you can't have it all.But Audio T did say that Arcam amps are the best for their money for running both setups :)

you need to move the cabinet away from the right speaker other than that a gr8 setup........

i'm running mine on an Onkyo 606, and I consider that amp to be 'entry level', and even still, I don't have my woofer setting on my amp, no higher than -7 to -5 max, and it rumbles like thunder! There's so much headroom to play with, it's unbelievable! I'm running 6x B&W M1's for my surrounds, and i'm happy with them. The dream would be to have the 801's, but at £12,000 a pair!!...dream on!! Would be nice though!

@vincebrownjr Had my Monolith for a while dude, you're right it rocks! Was lucky enough to get one from ebay some time ago from a poor guy who bought one brand new only to be told by his Mrs that he had to get rid soon as he got it delivered!

@danspare I have a BK Monolith sub (the 12' DF), and I can tell you, it rocks, although, be prepared for a bit of a wait when you place your order. I along with many other owners of this sub, suffered much frustration with BK for taking about 6 weeks for the order to be delivered. You might get lucky and get yours in good time (I hope so), but nevertheless, in the end it's worth it!

At the time I seriously considered the SVS 13', but on hearing the Monolith, it was sufficient. Good luck!
