its a high rope and ther ein a car and they fukin still stop the retards wat makes it even more hilarious is that they thing there is a rope there and they stop right up to it for like 5mins. the blind dickheads.

My friends and I (the four of us are 19-24) tried this today on a fairly busy street. We stopped an entire line, and counted at LEAST five cars stopped in a line. The only one who was amused among our victims? An 80 year old woman who stopped us and actually thanked us for making her day better.
