Why Is California Providing Illegals With In-State Tuition and Aid?

As part of Fox Business Network's series Education in America: Lifting Our Grade, Lou Dobbs spoke to California Congressman Brian Bilbray about the fact that California allows illegal immigrants students the right to pay in-state tuition prices. He also discussed DREAM Act legislation that would grant state aid to illegal students. Bilbray says, "What you have now is you have a school system that says 'We really don't have enough room for everybody. We don't have enough money to go around. But we're going to not only accommodate the illegal students, we're going to give them a cut-rate price."
