I personally never finished playing the game, I don't know about the scene at 3:02, but the scene at 3:16 is at the end when they get to Sin.

Accually it is from Titanic, when Rose is on the life boat and Jack tells her that she has a boat on the other side, but she doesn't trust him, so she jumps back on the boat to stay with him until it sinks.

@myfavoritecolorful Actually they aren't,(sort of).. The scene where they get shot is a dream that Yuna( the girl) has, but Tidus(if I remember correctly) Was made up from Sin's memory.

3:02 is during Operation Mi'ihen when the Sinspawn Gui attacks. The scene at 3:16 is I believe the last cinematic when Tidus is about to jump into the Farplane.
