John Knight - Accrington Mechanic - Served NOTICE

On the 14th September 2009, John Knight of Church St Garage, Accrington was served a NOTICE and DEMAND to recover funds, paid to him in February 2009 for a vehicle which was never delivered.
He has been given until Friday the 18th of September to return the original funds in full or he will be deemed in default and liable for damages in the first instance of the original sum plus 3x times that value for repeatedly failing to return the funds, or the vehicle as promised.
HIS REPEATED DEFAULT AND DISHONOURABLE CONDUCT HAS BEEN REPORTED TO TRADING STANDARDS, THE COUNCIL AND THE POLICE HOWEVER THE DAMAGED PARTY RETAINS THE RIGHT TO DEAL WITH THIS MATTER IN COMMON LAW IF NECESSARY AND DENY JURISDICTION TO STATUTE LAW AND ITS LIMITATIONS AND/OR BENEFITS AND PRIVILEDGES.

I guess that JamesDean32003 works for Forbes and partners, but as John Knight has not paid your legal bill, you will not be posting any more comments in his defence. John Knight took money from an acquantance of mine, when he prentended to be interested in buying his partners sandwich business. According to our local paper he is currently in Preston prison for non payment of child support. He is also due at Blackburn magistrates court on the 18th of November 2011 on fraud charges.

Thanks for adding to the Record of people JK has been MORE than dishonourable with. There must be 100's more, it is a shame... If this were a REAL common law country he would have been strung up by his peers many years ago (in my humble but very informed opinion!)

By stating that it is a Legal Notice, you are in fact implying that it was issued by a Law Court, which of course it wasn't. Further more, you also wrote that "He is clearly a criminal." Do you actually Now, for a Fact, whether Mr Knight Has or Hasn't a Criminal Record. You calling him "a Criminal" on a social network is Slanderous, especially as we only have your word and no proof that he is a criminal. You are entitled to your opinion, but it is Just that, It's Your Opinion...

@waterboost - You are using the "Social Network" to vent a Petty Civil Complaint, if it was a Criminal issue, Mr Knight would have been arrested and would now be facing prosecution charges in a Court of Law. As this is NOT the case, then all this "Twoddle" to use your own phrasiology, is just Hot Air. If you "Seriously" have a criminal complaint against Mr Knight, take it to the Police, the social network is not the place to air your greavencies....

If you must know the police have repeatedly refused to deal with matters relating to John Knight and I have suggested many times that there is some 'connection' between JK and the Police. He is facing prosecution for other similar matters which the Police, again, refused to deal with appropriately. If you don't think it is appropriate to discuss online, stop baiting me!

@JamesDean32003 Yes John Knight has a criminal record, he was convicted of three counts of Fraud at Blackburn magistrates court in November. He has also been listed in our local papers as being fined for motoring offences including driving without road tax and has also jailed for non payment of child support.

He was found guilty on three counts of Fraud, according to Saturday's Accrington Observer, so in answer to JamesDean32003, yes he is a criminal and he has a criminal record. So in true legal style, 'I rest my case'

I have experience of John Knight, it is no concern of mine whether there is a robust record of his activities in the Public. Are you making allegations of slander on a social network? How about answering my questions? If you are bothered about what goes on a social network then go elsewhere and write something of concern or significance instead of making it clear that you are involved with John Knight.
