If this is NOT hoax or forgery it appears to represent birth of a new born baby with the mother holding it in front of her both encased in an ovum, indicating their shared blood oneness with an opening at the top to join passing through to the world about them. Turtles and snakes symbolize the conception and the human figures are stretching out their arms and sprinkling shaman dust as a fertility ritual. Yes the creators were probably high on hallucinogens.
