I love how this asshole says well done .... As if he is a superior chef.... His methods are terrible as far as cooking goes, but he does present himself very well for TV

I've been going to this restaurant since before you needed a reservation to get in.
It's great. Has been since day one.
The food is excellent.
It was the best kept secret in Long Beach.

MY GIRLFRIEND IS CURRENTLY ONE THE MAIN CHEFS THERE AND EVEN THOUGH IM BIASED THE FOOD IS VERY VERY DELICIOUS THERE AND THEY EVEN ADDED ON SO IT IS A LIL BIGGER NOW IF YOUR THINKIN BOUT GOING I RECOMMEND VERY AFFORABLE ALSO MEATLOAF IS ONE MY FAVORITES SO FAR!!!!

Used to live two blocks from this place and I'm sad that I only ate here twice before moving away. The chef is kind of an eccentric guy, but he cooks amazing food that's actually affordable. Oh, and Guy Fieri called that the smallest kitchen he'd ever seen? Well, the restaurant itself is no bigger :P
