It is not a big deal. Matter of common sense. Fajar is fajar and Asar is asar. No confusion. If Zuhar was offered before asar it is not delay. If at the time of ASAR you cannot make it Zohar. Deliberate delay is a different thing which Allah knows. Other wise he will ignore or excuse you. Seek His forgiveness.

@1rubel Are you searching on internet, go tell you mother to look for you.
But I think the question was more when to start praying fecr. Because I know that people say that you arent allowed to pray if for example it says fecr is at: 03:00 (shruk: 5:00), then you need to wait an half hour orso, so dont pray immediatly at 3:00 but 4:00.
