Joe's Eats and Sweets - Anna Maria lsIand, Florida

While vacationing on Florida's Gulf Coast a few years ago, we discovered Joe's Eats & Sweets, Anna Maria Island's best ice cream parlor -- twice voted "Best Desserts in Tampa Bay" by AOL City Guide. A visit to Joe's is like a trip back in time, when everything was simple, fresh and homemade. The ice cream and desserts are made fresh right in the store. On one decadent day, we visited twice. A day on the Island just isn't complete until we've had a sundae or cone at Joe's!
