I KNOW HOW TO FIX IT PUT IN DFU MODE THEN HOLD BOTH BUTTONS FOR 10 SECONDS

u need to plug it back up to itunes and restore it

plug into the computer you used to set your ipod up, then go to reset to default settings and it will ask you to if you want to reset it click yes and then turn your ipod back on and sign into your acount
