  • Sat in this car at its museum. No one stopped me.

  • @searover50 Naughty, You should try sitting in the front doing 50 mph on a bitterly cold December morning.

  • The video is nice and the car really is awesome, however it would be nice to include details, who did it, when, for who, what engine, why was it made for?, etc, etc... Talented craftsman cannot be found round the corner and it would be nice to make them known

  • Hi , hcollette , The car was built for Tom Wheatcroft, the owner of Donnington race track. the engine was built by Bentley Engineering, axles, gearbox, brakes etc, by Brineton Engineering. The body was made and painted by a team of 10 people at Ashton Keynes Vintage Restorations, Myself being the one who did the paintwork, along with all the electrics we also assembled the thousands of parts that make up the car and then road tested the car.

  • The Music is called, Photo theme: Window like, by : Antony Raijekov

  • Very beautiful. What lives under the hood? Was the entire engine also re-produced?

  • Hi, Yes a brand new exact replica engine was copied from an original Bugatti engine.the only exception was we used modern type pistons. the original engine was smartened up and stands by the car at Donnington motor museum.
