@thrillamf yes you are actually very right. Language is a huge part of the culture, i think thats why alot of NRI's that dont teach there children their respective languages are making a mistake

The marathis are fully entitled to be proud of their language. Language is very important, once you lose your language you lose a big part of your culture. It's usually hindi speakers who complain about this since they don't bother to learn any other language.
