@MonkeyWithAWrench Aah sorry i must apologise, I was thinking of the specs from the Allison C250 turbine... where the compressor outlet temp is around 200 - 300 depending on model, OAT, efficiency etc.... for turbo's its a lot less... more like 100 to 180.. depending on conditions and boost. Running a weld would work well :-). Well done on getting it running! What oil pump you using?
-
@trcxsa so? even simple radiator hose can be subjected to 240 degrees and 20psi at the same time. it shouldnt melt. all it needs is some way to grip the hose. thats why they have a small shoulder around all the fittings that rubber hoses get clamped to (that are under pressure).

@MonkeyWithAWrench those rubber pipes may melt. them air gets to about 200 degrees after its compressed...

What happened?
No oil feed to cool the turbo!

try running a weld all the way around both ends of your tubing. then reassemble it just like you had it. the welds will make it so the clamp has to expand to come off and not just overcome the friction. decent running engine though. good work.
