Worm Feedback

An absurdist parody of an employee job feedback interview in which the interviewee - a faceless worm - responds with grunts to questions posed about its quality of life, by an apparently concerned voice emanating from a loudspeaker.

This project developed out of my enquiry into rhetorical scripts which are devised by organizations to manipulate the behaviour of employees and customers. In this case the unseen, controlling power - literally feeds the worm a line of disingenuous concern, making it feel that its visibly wretched existence is somehow very important and meaningful.
