The music caught my attention, very new age.. Kind of unusual for this channel to be playing.

Lots of close ups of the building are being shown when all of a sudden an alien voice comes on over the music!!

Victoria ranks second in the world next to Geneve for secret occult society, I wouldn't be surprised if on this day; they broadcast a message to followers, or some secret relay message- who knows!

I can confirm hearing some of the same English words @kayslak pointed out below that start after 3:57. Ione thing that sticks out is how the title for the vid doesn't match what the guy is saying in his reaction to it - could be to get more views though - but seems off.

Online now with a large number from USA England and Spain . something is going down , seriously .
